Blue Dragon
The Blue Dragon is a protagonist in the Panzer Dragoon series.
Appearances
In Panzer Dragoon, the Blue Dragon fights the Black Dragon alongside his rider. Unfortunately, his rider is killed in combat, and before passing away, he requests Keil Fluge to stop the Black Dragon. Keil does so and together the two fly after the Black Dragon to avoid it from reaching the Tower.
The Blue Dragon also appears as a playable character in Panzer Dragoon Mini and can be seen in the Panzer Dragoon course from Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Panzer Dragoon (OVA)
The Blue Dragon, named Blau in the animation, is similar to his game counterpart, but instead of his original rider, it is the dragon that has telephatic powers, being able to talk with Keil (Kyle in the animation).
Archie Comics
The Blue Dragon appears in the crossover Worlds Unite, where it and Keil defeat Gigabolt Man-O-War and Burn Dinorex and help Rotor the Walrus and Bubble Man destroy the Unity Engine set in the Drowned Ruins.
