The desert (砂漠 Sabaku) is the second episode of Panzer Dragoon and Panzer Dragoon: Remake, a large desert where Kyle Fluge and the Blue Dragon fight against the Prototype Dragon.
During the second episode, the Blue Dragon flies through a cave and battles the Prototype Dragon while surrounded by tornadoes.
The desert is home to a number of mutated creatures, notably the giant worms.
Panzer Dragoon: Remake[]
The sands of the desert are notably more orange in Panzer Dragoon: Remake. The cave that the dragon flies through is made out of roots. Skeletons of dead creatures are seen in the sand outside of the cave.
