Elpis is the village where Lundi was from. The ruins of Elpis are the location of Destiny Begins, the first episode of Panzer Dragoon II Zwei.
It was in Elpis that Lagi was born, a manifestation of the dragon program who started the chain of events that allowed the Divine Visitor to free the world from the will of the Ancients.
Elpis was destroyed by Shelcoof at the beginning of Panzer Dragoon II Zwei.
