A glide dragon.
Glide dragons, called mass production dragons (量産型ドラゴン Ryōsan-gata doragon) in the Japanese version are a mass-produced dragon pure-type creature. They are mass-produced by the Towers whenever the artificial ecosystem they maintain becomes unbalanced. Glide dragons will attack everything surrounding them until they are destroyed.[1]
Glide dragons appear in Episode 6 of Panzer Dragoon and Panzer Dragoon: Remake. Glide dragons also appear in Panzer Dragoon Saga in the Forest of Zoah after the infested Grig Orig is destroyed.
Appearance[]
Glide dragons lack the reptilian-like head of the playable dragons and instead have a pointed head with six glowing green eyes. The top of the glide dragon's body is covered by a white shell that is commonly seen on other pure-type creatures. The underside of its body is red. It has two purple wings, but does not have legs.
In Panzer Dragoon: Remake, the only major difference to the glide dragon's appearance is that it only has two eyes.
