An Imperial operation located near Zoah that was used as a base during the town's Imperial occupation. It is the first flight area of Panzer Dragoon Saga disc 3.
From the base, the Empire launched the Deathmaker which was intended to destroy Zoah, however it was stopped by Edge and his dragon.
