Panzer Dragoon is an LCD video game developed in the 1990s[1] by Tiger Electronics in two formats: a standalone handheld released as part of their Pocket Arcade line, and a cartridge for Tiger’s R-Zone handheld system.
Due to their obscurity, these releases have caused a small amount of confusion over the years. The Pocket Arcade and R-Zone releases are different games.[2] YouTube videos of both have been uploaded and show different graphics and aspects of game play. The R-Zone version has six life bar lines and three dots per radar quadrant; the Pocket Arcade has three health and two radar dots. The second level boss is different as are the background movement indicator graphic for the second level. The R-Zone showing a cave, The Pocket the same blocks it shows every level.
