Rhagg was a quester who belonged to the Seekers of Skiad Ops Gash. Her in-game role is often to tell players of Panzer Dragoon Saga where they need to go next in the Seekers' Stronghold.

When she met Paet, a refugee from Zoah, she believed that he should join the Seekers. However, she did not like Paet’s attitude towards the Seekers. She thought that the Seekers should have left Paet because he was so ungrateful.

Rhagg did not think that Edge looked much different from the Seekers. She speculated that this was because he was a dragon rider.

When the Seekers were preparing for battle, Rhagg believed that Edge and the dragon should lead the Seekers into battle. She told Edge that people from other Seeker villages should arrive to reinforce them. She hoped that with the reinforcements, they would have enough manpower. Although curious about the shrine in the Forest of Zoah (which contained a dragon crest), Rhagg believed that the Seekers priority should first be to survive before exploring it.

Rhagg wondered why the Ancients had created such a violent world.

When Azel left the Seekers’ Stronghold to return to Uru, Rhagg figured that Azel had worked out why the Seekers were guarding her.

When the Forest of Zoah was set on fire by the infested Grig Orig, Rhagg told Edge, “The forest will burn until the moon changes. It’s like a funeral pyre for the Empire.”
