Simeon was a quester among the Seekers lead by Skiad Ops Gash. He appeared to be a seasoned warrior experienced at combat with the monsters of the Ancient Age. When Edge arrived at the Seekers’ Stronghold, Simeon welcomed him, believing that Edge’s dragon had raised hope amoung the Seekers. He believed that Edge and his dragon were responsible for boosting the morale of the Seekers. He congratulated Edge for attacking the Empire, telling him that “Thanks to you and your dragon, the Empire is in total chaos”. He knew that Azel was the one whom Gash had been talking about and was determined to protect her at all costs.

Before the Seekers went to battle in Panzer Dragoon Saga, Simeon could be seen telling the apprentice quester Reuben that his part in the war was very important and that because of this Reuben could not go to war with the other Seekers and would instead have to look for suspicious activity at Checkpoint 5. Defence, he told Reuben, was just as important as offence. When Reuben was hurt in the battle, Simeon did not blame his apprentice, telling Reuben that no one is prepared for their first battle. Simeon was glad that at least the Seekers avoided being annihilated in the battle.

When Azel returned to Uru, Simeon told Edge that he never thought that she would run away. He feared that Azel’s powers could lead to disaster and told Edge to keep an eye on her.
